Walking my dog several times a day keeps me in touch with nature and the changing seasons. It allows me to re-arrange my thoughts and calm my mood.
Reading True Crime reminds me I don’t need Stephen King to get scared.
Keeping in contact with friends around the globe makes me feel blessed to know such lovely people.I am happy and grateful to have these people in my life.
Witnessing poverty on a massive scale overseas,I pray, will make me eternally grateful for what I do have.Seeing folk struggle without access to clean water will live with me forever-i will never take it for granted again.
